Terms of use

These terms cover this website. They are not your work contract: if you hire us, the written estimate and contract you sign set out the work, the price and the warranty, and they come first wherever they differ from this page.

Prices on this site are estimates, not offers

The prices and ranges you see here are worked out from our current price book, the size you give us and the condition you describe. They are an estimate to help you plan, not a quote we are bound to. We confirm a firm price in writing after we have seen the concrete, because what the slab needs is the single biggest thing we cannot judge from a screen.

What you tell us

Please give us details that are accurate and your own, and only use this site to ask about work you are entitled to ask about. If you give us a measurement or a photograph of a space, we take it that you may share it with us.

Warranty

Any warranty we offer is a set length of time that starts when you sign the work off, and the length for your system is written on your estimate and contract. Where this site names a warranty it is naming that same period, counted in months or years from sign-off.

Text messages and email

If you give us a mobile number we may text you about your own project, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop or HELP for our contact details; message and data rates may apply. How we handle what you send us is set out on our privacy page.

This site itself

The words, photographs and designs on this site are ours or used with permission, so please do not copy them for your own business. We keep the site accurate and available as best we can, but we cannot promise it is free of error or never offline, and descriptions of past work show what we have done rather than promising the same result on your floor.

We may update this page as the business changes; the date below is the version you are reading. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Ohio.
